This notice describes the BatteryPulse product website and the current desktop app. It is a plain-language product notice, not a promise about data handling by third-party websites or hosting providers.
Information in the desktop app
The app stores its preferences, profile name, and saved app data on the device where it is installed. The app does not upload your profile name. The app provides controls to export or delete BatteryPulse-owned local data.
Bluetooth information is accessed to provide the app’s Windows connected-device list and nearby Bluetooth Low Energy scan. Scan results are used to show nearby advertisements in the app. BatteryPulse does not currently have a verified accessory battery-reading source.
The product does not require an account or registration and has no backend, cloud service, or telemetry. Your local profile and saved app data are not uploaded by BatteryPulse.
Website visits
This static product website does not include an account sign-in, contact form, advertising pixels, or product analytics code. Email links open your email application; information you choose to send is handled through your email provider and the recipient’s mail service.
The provider that hosts the website may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. Consult the hosting provider’s notice for details about its infrastructure logs, retention, and security practices.
Third-party websites
Links to KumawatPulse and your email provider open services outside this website. Their own privacy notices and terms apply when you visit or use them.
Children
BatteryPulse is a general-purpose desktop utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children through this website.
